Vacuum heat treatment in China

Groeditz has long-term stable stock in China for more than 20,000 tons. The rich specifications and diversified choices of mold steels for plastic and die casting, allow us to offer our customers the best service in polishing, etching, corrosion resistance and machining.   Vacuum heat treatment and technology center covering Shenzhen, Dongguan, Xiamen, Chongqing, Ningbo, Kunshan, also demonstrates Groeditz' s determination to deeply explore the Chinese market and provide our customers with a one-stop service.

Established in 1779, Schmiedewerke Groeditz GmbH has a steel Production history of 240 years in Germany.
 
In order to produce material of high cleanliness, Groeditz uses 100% fine scrap steel as raw material. In its ESR plant, ESR ingot with weight up to 84ton or diameter up to 1650mm can be produced.

SWG' s Brother companies in the forging department of GMH group can also produce PESR ingots  .

In the meantime, the two open-die forging presses, 60 MN and 27 MN, can forge conventional ingot up to 75ton or ESR refined ingot up to 84ton.

SWG supplies materials and steel goods that meet specifications and customer requirements with maximum precision. About 300 steel grades produced in more than 2000 analysis modifications provide customers in many sectors with precisely the application potentials that they need.
